Hanging Produce Scale Clock

Can you just see this hanging in a kitchen in Provence? 

It is a rustic metal produce scale hanging with three chains to what appears to be the weight indicator (but it's actually a clock).  So it looks great and has a purpose. The dimension from the top of the clock to the bottom of the scale is 42"H and the scale at it's widest point is 16 1/2" L.
